Terms of Use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play Uzeran on devices you own or control, for private, non-commercial use.

You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, redistribute or sell the game or any part of it, nor use automated tools, emulators or modified clients to alter gameplay. All artwork, audio, code and branding remain our property.

Uzeran may include virtual currency and virtual items. Virtual currency has no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for real money or goods outside the game, and cannot be transferred between accounts or players.

You hold a limited licence to use virtual currency and items inside the game; you do not own them. We may adjust pricing, availability and balance of virtual items at any time, and unused balances expire if your account is terminated.

Purchases are made through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's payment terms. Prices are shown in your local currency before purchase and include applicable taxes where required.

All in-app purchases are cosmetic and never affect scoring, difficulty or competitive fairness. Purchases are final except where refunds are required by law or granted by Apple. Contact Apple Support to request a refund.

When playing Uzeran, you agree not to:

• Cheat, exploit bugs, or use scripts, macros or third-party tools to inflate scores.
• Submit display names that are offensive, impersonating, or infringe others' rights.
• Attempt to access, disrupt or overload our servers or leaderboards.
• Sell, buy or share accounts, progress or entitlements.

We may remove leaderboard entries and reset progress obtained in breach of these rules.

You may stop using Uzeran at any time by deleting the app. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the game.

On termination, your licence ends immediately and any virtual currency or items are forfeited without refund, except where the law requires otherwise.

Uzeran is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that the game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that progress will never be lost.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of the game is limited to the amount you paid for in-app purchases in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death, personal injury or fraud. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
