Uzeran does not require an account and does not ask for your name, home address, or phone number.

We only collect information necessary to operate, secure, and improve the game.

This may include:

• Device model
• Operating system version
• Device language
• Country or region (derived approximately)
• A randomly generated app instance identifier
• Crash diagnostics and error logs
• Your optional display name used for leaderboards
• Gameplay statistics such as scores, distance, unlocked cosmetics, equipped items, and progression

We do not sell personal information.

We do not share your information with advertisers for cross-app tracking.

We use collected information to:

• Operate the game
• Save and synchronize player progress
• Restore purchases
• Display leaderboard rankings
• Improve gameplay balance
• Detect bugs and crashes
• Prevent fraud and duplicate purchase claims
• Improve future updates and LiveOps events

Where required by applicable law, processing is performed in accordance with platform privacy controls and applicable regulations.

We use aggregated analytics to understand how players interact with the game.

• Near Miss usage
• Ship popularity
• Tunnel popularity
• Phase Core usage
• Points where players stop playing

Analytics data is used solely to improve gameplay, balance difficulty, and prioritize future updates.

Uzeran uses Google Firebase services, including:

• Firebase Analytics
• Firebase Crashlytics

Firebase may process:

• A pseudonymous app instance ID
• Device and operating system information
• App version
• Event data
• Approximate geographic region derived from IP address

IP addresses are used only for coarse location determination and are not stored by us.

Firebase data is processed according to Google's Privacy Policy and may be transferred to servers located outside your country in accordance with Google's data processing practices.

We do not associate Firebase data with advertising identifiers.

Your game data may include:

• High scores
• Distance records
• Unlocked Ships
• Unlocked Tunnels
• Unlocked Phase Cores
• Equipped cosmetics
• Season progression

This data is stored locally on your device and synchronized with our servers to:

• Restore progress after reinstalling the game
• Synchronize progress across supported devices
• Display leaderboard rankings

Cloud synchronization occurs automatically when an internet connection is available.

If you submit a score to a public leaderboard:

• Your chosen display name
• Your score

may become visible to other players.

Please avoid using personal information as your display name.

You may request removal of your leaderboard entry by contacting us.

All purchases are processed exclusively by Apple through the App Store.

We never receive or store:

• Credit card information
• Payment details

We only receive:

• Purchase receipt
• Transaction identifier

These are used solely to:

• Verify purchases
• Prevent fraud
• Restore purchases
• Unlock purchased content

Refunds are handled entirely through Apple's refund process.

Uzeran relies on the following third-party services:

• Apple App Store (payments)
• Apple Game Center (if enabled)
• Google Firebase (analytics & crash reporting)
• Supabase (cloud storage, synchronization, leaderboards)

Each provider processes data according to its own Privacy Policy.

We retain gameplay data only as long as necessary to:

• Provide the service
• Restore your progress
• Maintain leaderboards
• Comply with legal obligations

Inactive player data may be removed after extended periods of inactivity.

Transaction records may be retained longer where required for fraud prevention or legal compliance.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Request access to your data
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your gameplay data
• Request removal from public leaderboards

To make a request, please contact us using your in-game Player ID.

Uzeran is not directed toward children under the age of 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

If we become aware that personal information has been collected from a child without appropriate consent, we will promptly delete such information.

Where applicable, we process personal data under one or more of the following legal bases:

• Performance of a contract
• Legitimate interests (service improvement, fraud prevention, security)
• Compliance with legal obligations

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.

When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date will be revised accordingly.

Continued use of Uzeran after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
